Services
Services Permission for access from service roads and sector roads is an e-governance service where applicants can submit on-line application for getting approval to access fuel station / CNG station from service road and sector road. We are providing the services regarding access permission from GMDA authority. We are providing our best services for preparation documents, access design as per GMDA guidelines , topo- survey ,online submission for getting NOC from GMDA .
NHAI/PWD Access permission
The Ministry had issued guidelines regarding Grant of permissions for construction of access to various establishments situated along the National Highways e.g. Fuel Stations, Private Properties, Rest Area Complexes and such other facilities vide circular No. RW/NH- 33023/19/99/-DO-III dated 24.07.2013 and its subsequent amendments from time to time with focus on enabling smooth flow of traffic, minimum interference from vehicles entering the Right of Way of a National Highway, safety of road users etc.
OFC LAYING PERMISSION
We are also providing the services for preparation documents, drawing , OFC /Water pipe line . Gas pipe line . Electric line , telecom fibre etc laying along the ROW permission from NHAI & PWD as per Ministry circular No-RW/NH 330044/29/2015/S&R(R) Dated 22/11/2016.
GMDA ACCESS PERMISSION
Services Permission for access from service roads and sector roads is an e-governance service where applicants can submit on-line application for getting approval to access fuel station / CNG station from service road and sector road. We are providing the services regarding access permission from GMDA authority. We are providing our best services for preparation documents, access design as per GMDA guidelines , topo- survey ,online submission for getting NOC from GMDA .
FOREST CLEARANCE (Diversion & NOC)
Requirement of forest land for construction of acceleration lane /Deceleration lane and exit /entry opening shall be based on approved layout plan provided in the guidelines issued by the Ministry of road transport and highways in this regard. We are providing the services for preparation documents, drawing like area calculation, checklist , various undertakings , DGPS, KML on line submission on https://parivesh.nic.in
Building plan /CLU application
Applications for grant of CLU permission irrespective of whether it pertains to DTCP, ULB, GMDA or FMDA or any other competent authority for the purpose shall be made online on the designated web portal for Retail Outlets. The LoI of OMCs/CGDCs is not mandatory at the time of submission of application for CLU, however, the LoI for the CLU permission shall be granted subject to the condition that LoI of the OMCs or CGDCs shall be submitted by the applicant within one year from the date of grant of LoI for CLU permission under the provisions of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 and Rules, 1965 or the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act 1994 or the Haryana Municipal Act 1973 or the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2017 as the case may be. The action for grant of CLU will be taken by the competent authority as per relevant legal provisions of the said authority.
Building plan /CLU application
If LoI of OMCs/CGDCs is not submitted within one year from the date of issue of LoI for CLU permission, LoI for CLU permission shall be cancelled and the conversion charges, scrutiny fee or other charges paid shall be forfeited. (b) The LoI for CLU permission shall be granted on online payment of conversion charges and scrutiny fees to the competent authority and subject to fulfilment of other conditions as may be notified on the web portal by DTCP from time to time. After getting the LOI the building plan should be approved from T&CP Haryana. We are providing services for preparation documents ,drawing, online submission only for Retail outlets and CNG Stations , online submission for getting CLU from T&CP Haryana .
